The Lourie Spa Suite

This very private luxury suite, named after the beautiful Knysna Loerie bird (Turaco corithaix) found mainly on the garden route and often seen on Howberry Hills, is very spacious and full of surprizes. Not only the spectacular views from the private sun deck or from within the suite itself, it also has a large king size bed, a lounge area with a very comfortable double “pull out couch” bed for the kids, a double spa bath and an outdoor very private stone shower which gives you the African Spa feeling.
Situated in the main Lodge, yet with its own entrance, access to the breakfast room, main sun deck and outdoor dinning area is close at hand.
The Bushbuck Room

This standard size, very comfortable room is named after the Bushbuck that visit us at Howberry Hills. This room is positioned next to our organic vegetable garden and is in close proximity to the breakfast room, outdoor dining area and TV lounge.The room also includes a bunk bed, making it ideal for families with kids.
The Blue Crane Family Cottage

Self-catering, two bedroom cottage is named after South Africa’s national bird, the Blue Crane, which can often be seen on the estate. This cottage has its own large wooden deck, fireplace (braai / barbeque) and outdoor dining area, sun loungers, a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views over the valley. The cottage is equipped for “self catering” occupation and as such, the price does not include breakfast. However, breakfast is of course available in the main Lodge with great pleasure and on request the evening before. Breakfast is charged separately.
